These terms and conditions govern your use of eicadd.com and your dealings through it with EICADD Early Intervention Centers for Autism and Developmental Disorders. By using the website or contacting us through it, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website.

Acceptance and scope

These terms form a binding agreement between you and EICADD centers ("we" or "the center") concerning the use of the website in all its languages and pages, and any content, form or contact service we make available through it.

Assessment, intervention and training services delivered inside the center are governed by a separate service agreement and informed-consent forms signed by the parent or guardian or the trainee before the service begins. Where these terms conflict with the service agreement, the service agreement prevails in respect of services delivered inside the center.

These terms are to be read together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Disclaimer, all of which form an integral part of this agreement.

Definitions

"Website": eicadd.com and all its subdomains, pages and associated content.
"User" or "you": any person who browses the website or contacts us through it.
"Parent or guardian": the father, mother or legal guardian authorised to make decisions on behalf of the child.
"Services": the assessment, early-intervention, individual-session, training and certification services provided by the center.
"Content": all text, images, videos, graphics, logos, software and data published on the website.
"AI tools": the AI-based devices and software the center uses to support assessment.

Who may use the website

The website is aimed at adults: parents and guardians, professionals and interested members of the public. You must be at least 18 years old to use the website, contact us through it, book, or enrol in a training program.

When you contact us about a child, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian, or that you are authorised by the parent or guardian to do so. The website provides no services directed at children themselves.

By using the website you confirm that the information you provide to us is accurate and up to date, and you undertake to update it when it changes.

Nature and limits of the content

Content published on the website is informational and educational in nature, and describes the services offered by EICADD centers and the methodologies they use. It is not an individual assessment, not an intervention plan and not individual professional advice, and it does not replace a direct assessment inside the center or a consultation with a qualified specialist.

Any figures, percentages or outcomes mentioned on the website describe the performance of our tools, our past experience or the results of specific studies. They are not a promise or guarantee of a similar result in any particular case. Each child's progress depends on multiple factors that are assessed individually.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or suitable for any particular case. See the Disclaimer page for further details.

Services delivered inside the center

Assessment, intervention and individual sessions are delivered at the center's two branches in Amman and Ajman, by a team of qualified specialists, according to an individual intervention plan prepared after a direct assessment of the child.

No service begins before the parent or guardian has signed the service agreement and the informed-consent form and provided the center with the necessary information about the child.
The center reserves the right to accept or decline to provide a service for any case it considers to require a different specialism or facility, and will refer the family to the most appropriate provider.
Costs, expected duration and realistic expectations are explained to the family before the service begins and documented in the service agreement.
The center is a rehabilitation and early-intervention center, not a hospital or emergency facility, and it does not provide emergency services.

Booking, appointments and cancellation

Sending a message, calling us, contacting us on WhatsApp, or submitting any form on the website does not constitute a confirmed booking. An appointment is confirmed only once the center's team has expressly confirmed it with you through a direct channel.

Please arrive with sufficient time before your appointment. Late arrival may shorten the session in order to respect other families' appointments.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. The policy on cancellation, repeated no-shows and any resulting charges is set out in the service agreement.
The center may reschedule an appointment in exceptional circumstances, such as a specialist's absence or force majeure, and will notify you as early as possible and offer an alternative.

Fees and payment

Any prices or fees mentioned on the website or in initial communication are indicative and subject to change, and do not constitute a binding offer. The final fees for each service are set out in the service agreement or in the written quotation issued by the relevant branch.

Fees are paid in the local currency of the branch (Jordanian dinar or UAE dirham) by the payment methods accepted at that branch, and an invoice is issued for every payment.
Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
The website accepts no direct online payments, and we never ask you to enter bank-card details through the website. Beware of any page or message claiming to do so in our name.
Refund conditions and unused balances are governed by the service agreement, without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Training and certification programs

The center offers training and certification programs for professionals and parents. Enrolment is subject to the following:

Enrolment is confirmed once the admission requirements are met and the agreed fees are paid.
Certificates are awarded to those who meet the attendance and assessment requirements set for each program. A certificate issued by EICADD attests to completion of the program according to our standards. It is not a professional licence or a governmental accreditation unless expressly stated in the program description.
Training materials are licensed to the trainee for personal use only, and may not be copied, distributed or used to deliver similar training without written permission.
The center may cancel or withdraw a certificate if it is shown to have been obtained dishonestly or misused.
The center may change program dates or content, or cancel a program that has not reached its minimum enrolment, in which case fees paid for it are refunded in full.

AI tools and assessment tools

The center uses innovative AI-based assessment tools to support the work of its specialists. You acknowledge that you understand the following:

These tools are an aid that complements the specialist's assessment and does not replace it. Their results are interpreted and approved by a qualified specialist.
The accuracy figures mentioned on the website are derived from specific studies and data, and individual results may vary.
These tools are never used to make a fully automated decision affecting the child, and the parent or guardian always has the right to request a human review.
These tools are not available remotely or through the website, and their results are provided only in the context of an assessment inside the center.

Intellectual property

All content on the website, including text, images, videos, graphics, designs, logos, protocols, training curricula, software, databases, assessment tools and the technologies referred to, is owned by or licensed to EICADD centers and protected under the copyright, trademark, patent and trade-secret laws applicable in Jordan and the UAE and under international treaties.

You may view the content and print copies of it for personal, non-commercial use only, keeping all proprietary notices intact.
You may not copy, modify, republish, distribute, translate, create derivative works from, commercially exploit, or use the content to train AI models without our prior written permission.
You may link to pages of the website in a fair manner that does not suggest a non-existent endorsement or partnership. You may not frame our pages within other websites.

Trademarks

The EICADD name and logo, and the names of the programs, protocols and tools shown on the website, are trademarks or trade names of EICADD centers, whether registered or not. They may not be used, imitated or registered in a similar form without written permission. Other marks mentioned on the website, such as YouTube, Google and WhatsApp, belong to their respective owners, and their mention implies no endorsement or affiliation.

Acceptable use

You undertake to use the website lawfully and responsibly, and to refrain from:

Attempting to breach, disrupt or bypass the website's security, or to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to our systems.
Introducing viruses, malware or any code that could harm the website or its users.
Harvesting content or data from the website by automated means (scraping), or using it to train AI models, without written permission.
Using the website or our contact channels to send content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or that infringes the rights of others.
Impersonating any person or entity, or providing false information about yourself or the child.
Using the website for commercial, marketing or advertising purposes or to send unsolicited messages.
Reproducing or imitating any part of the website so as to mislead others into believing it is ours.
Any use that violates the laws applicable in Jordan, the UAE or your country of residence.

We may block access to the website or cease communication with anyone who breaches these rules, and take appropriate legal action, including reporting to the competent authorities where necessary.

User content and parent reviews

If you provide us with any content, such as a review, testimonial, photo, video or message, you:

Confirm that you have the right to provide it, that it does not infringe the rights of any other party, and that it contains no false information.
Grant us, subject to separate written consent in respect of photos, videos and children's stories, a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the website and our official channels for the purposes and duration specified in that consent, with your right to withdraw it at any time.
Agree that we may remove or decline to publish any content we consider inappropriate or contrary to these terms, without having to give reasons.

Reviews shown in the Success Stories section were originally published by parents on public platforms such as Google. They reflect their personal experience only and do not guarantee a similar result for others.

External links and services

The website may contain links to external websites, embeds of services such as YouTube and Google Maps, and buttons for contacting us through WhatsApp and social media. These parties are independent of us. We do not control their content, policies or availability, and we accept no responsibility for them. The presence of a link does not imply our endorsement of the linked website. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which we recommend you review.

Privacy and data protection

We handle your personal data and your child's data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which explain what we collect, why, who we share it with, how we protect it and what your rights are. By using the website you confirm that you have read them. No health data is collected through the website, and children's data is processed inside the center with the explicit written consent of the parent or guardian.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will be free of errors, interruptions or viruses, that the content will meet your particular needs, or that the information will be up to date at every moment. Any reliance on the website's content is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the center, its owners, staff and collaborators are not liable for:

Any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities, arising from the use of or inability to use the website.
Any decision you take on the basis of the website's content alone, without a direct assessment or consultation with a specialist.
The content, services or practices of external websites and services linked from the website.
Interruption or failure of the website or loss of data due to causes beyond our reasonable control, such as hosting failures, cyber-attacks or force majeure.
Any communication or dealing with parties impersonating us through unofficial numbers or pages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable laws. Liability for services delivered inside the center is governed by the service agreement and the laws that regulate them.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the center, its owners, staff and collaborators against any claims, losses, damages or costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any content you provide to us. This clause does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable consumer-protection laws.

Emergencies

The website and its contact channels are not a means of obtaining emergency help and are not monitored around the clock. If your child or anyone else is in immediate danger or needs urgent care, contact your local emergency services immediately or go to the nearest hospital.

Availability, changes and suspension of the website

We reserve the right to modify the website or any part of its content or services, or to suspend or discontinue it temporarily or permanently, at any time and without prior notice, including for maintenance, updates or security. We accept no liability to you if the website becomes unavailable for any reason or for any period.

We may restrict access to parts of the website or request additional information before providing a particular service, in order to protect the website and its users.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the following:

The laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in respect of the Amman branch's services and any dispute arising from them, with the courts of Amman having jurisdiction.
The laws of the United Arab Emirates and the legislation applicable in the Emirate of Ajman in respect of the Ajman branch's services and any dispute arising from them, with the courts of Ajman having jurisdiction.
In respect of the use of the website itself, independently of either branch's services, the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan apply, without prejudice to any mandatory protection granted to you as a consumer by the law of your country of residence.

Dispute resolution

We believe most disagreements can be resolved through dialogue. If any dispute or complaint arises, please contact us first at info@eicadd.com or through the management of the relevant branch, and we will seek to resolve it amicably within 30 days of receiving the complaint. If an amicable resolution is not possible, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts named above, or to any alternative dispute-resolution mechanism the parties agree on in writing. This clause does not deprive you of your right to approach consumer-protection bodies or the competent regulatory authorities in your country.

General provisions

Severability: if any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be amended to the extent necessary to make it enforceable or removed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
No waiver: our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of it or of our right to enforce it later.
Entire agreement: these terms, together with the policies referred to in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the use of the website, and supersede any prior understandings about it, without prejudice to signed service agreements.
Assignment: you may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms to anyone else. We may assign them to any successor entity that undertakes to comply with them.
Force majeure: we are not liable for any delay or failure resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, governmental decisions or communication outages.
Language: these terms are available in several languages for your convenience. In the event of any conflict of interpretation, the Arabic text prevails in respect of the Jordan branch, and the Arabic text also prevails in respect of the UAE branch unless local law provides otherwise.
Notices: any notice to us is to be sent to info@eicadd.com, and any notice to you is sent to the contact details you provided to us or published on the website.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, in the law or in our practices. The date of the most recent update is always shown at the top of the page, and material changes are indicated by a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the website after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of them. Changes do not apply retroactively to service agreements signed before them except with your consent.
